Weany ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by Techzio Consulting Limited. This policy explains how we handle your data. The short version: we don't collect any personal data.

3. Data We Collect
Weany is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services
Apple (App Store & In-App Purchases) — If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is handled by Apple under their own privacy policy. We receive a confirmation that the purchase was made but no payment details.
RevenueCat — We use RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt from Apple. No personally identifiable information is shared. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you control its retention. Deleting the app removes all data. We have nothing to delete on our end because we hold none of your data.
6. Children's Privacy
Weany is a tool for parents and caregivers. It is not directed at children and does not collect data from children. The baby's name entered into the app is stored locally on the parent's device and is never transmitted.
7. Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Because we do not collect or hold any personal data, these rights are effectively self-service — your data lives on your device and you have full control over it.

8. Cookies
This website does not use cookies or local storage for tracking. No analytics scripts are loaded.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. If we ever begin collecting personal data, we will update this policy and seek appropriate consent before doing so.
