Frequently asked questions

How do I start the weaning plan?

Open the app, enter your baby's name and their weaning start date, then tap Save. The app will show you which food to introduce each day.

Can I change the order of foods?

Yes. On the Today screen, tap "Switch food" to pick a different food for that day. A warning will appear if you choose a food from a later stage.

How do I unlock the full 30-day plan?

The first 7 days are free. To unlock all 30 days, tap the "Unlock Full Journey" button and complete the in-app purchase. It's a one-time payment — no subscription.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Go to Settings (gear icon at the top of the Today screen), then tap "Restore purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored locally on your device. We don't have accounts, cloud sync, or servers that hold your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

I deleted the app — can I recover my data?

Unfortunately, because data is stored only on your device, uninstalling the app removes it. Your purchase can be restored (see above), but progress logs cannot.

How do I request a refund?

All payments are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

No. Weany provides general weaning guidance based on NHS and WHO recommendations, but it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your GP, health visitor, or paediatrician — especially regarding allergies. See our Terms of Service for more.
